From the moment I first walked through the door, I was warmly welcomed by Karen, who is the wonderful face of the practice and always makes me feel at ease. My dental hygienist, Zodi, is unlike anyone I have ever met. She radiates love, kindness, and genuine joy. She truly is an angel, and every visit with her is a blessing. Dr. Rizzardi is not only an incredibly beautiful and intelligent dentist, but she is also exceptionally skilled. She always takes the time to listen, address my concerns, and provide the highest level of care. I have complete confidence in her, and I am so grateful for everything she has done for me. Rayna may be new to the team, but she has already made such a wonderful impression. Thank you for being such an outstanding dental assistant and for supporting Dr. Rizardi with excellence and compassion. As a whole, this team is simply immaculate. The professionalism, warmth, and genuine care they showed me is something truly special. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of me, and of everyone who walks through your doors. The employee working at window number 2 at this location did not provide me with professional service and was quite rude in the way she addressed me. I recommend that these workers be monitored and evaluated more regularly to avoid making these mistakes in the future.

ONLY FOR IMMIGRANTS. One of the staff members passing through on her break was kind enough to talk with me and share that I need to go to the one on 45th street. Heads up for anyone else looking for services who is not an immigrant.
